Our Philosophy
Designing Impressions focuses on helping clients through a relaxed and informative process in Home Staging and Design. Helping Realtors and their clients sell faster and for more money is our primary goal. With hundreds of staged homes sold a year, you’ll find our professionalism and commitment to providing high-quality customer service a strategic advantage in the crowded marketplace.
Design does not have to be expensive or pretentious. When it comes to our design and e-design services, we love to help homeowners live their best lives on any budget, and business owners portray a stylish and comfortable environment for all their clients.
Consultation
We’ll meet with the Home Owner(s) to do a thorough walk through of the property and provide recommendations and suggestions to best showcase their property. Following this consult, our team will provide a report detailing our vision, ideas, and more.
Occupied
After completing the consultation, if our client needs help getting the home ready, we can help move things, gather things for packing, and even bring in decor and accessories if helpful to showcase the home for pictures and staging.
Vacant
After completing the consultation, we tour the property, assess layout, and take photographs and measurements to create a custom staging plan. In tandem, we utilize our inventory program within our warehouse. Once we have approval, we gather furnishings and supplies, stage in our warehouse, then we inspect, wrap, and organize- all within our warehouse- to streamline the placement of each item once we are on the staging property.
Design, Organizing, Seasonal Decorating
We’ll have a casual and fun meeting covering what your goals are and what you’re looking to accomplish with your space or project. We create vision boards of suggestions and ideas for design/re-design and organizing. For our local clients are even able to shop and install. Seasonal Decorating clients have access to our Seasonal Storage Location, and as an added bonus, we can shop directly from our warehouse in addition to gathering items from other sources.
